We truly hope that you will be thrilled with your purchase. If, however, your clock doesn't suit you for whatever reason you can return it to us or exchange it for a different model:
- Within 60 days of delivery
- Free of charge if you're in the UK, USA or the European Union
- At a modest cost if you are elsewhere in the world

We just ask that any returned clock is in its original condition and all its packaging (including the outer carton).

Clocks outside of the UK, United States or European Union

We're happy to process returns or exchanges outside of the areas we have logistics set up, however, we are unfortunately unable to do this free of charge. (For example: European countries outside of the European Union, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.)

We are also on hand to help should you need any (remote or physical) help with the workings of your clock during its lifetime.
