As with any other order, we will be happy to arrange for the return or exchange of a Giant (52cm/20.8") Weather Clock for any reason:
- Within 60 days of delivery
- Free of charge if you are in Mainland UK
Due to their fragile nature, however, our Giant Weather Clocks must be transported using our specialist courier. For this reason we are unfortunately unable to offer returns/exchanges using Collect+. Instead, we will arrange for our specialist courier to collect the clock being returned/exchanged from you.
Please note we cannot accept any giant Weather Clock returns sent back to us by Royal Mail or any other means. We also ask that the clock is returned in its original condition and in all its packaging, including the outer carton.
