    Customs, Taxes and Duties

Please note, for international orders we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs, taxes or duties. Our clocks often come in under the value threshold for duties to apply, however, this depends on where you are in the world! Any Customs or Import Duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

    Clocks at altitude

Being British-based, we designed our Clocks for the weather obsessed British public. And like many island nations, our cities and much of the population are not located in the mountains.

As the Weather Clocks provide their forecasts solely on the basis of changing air pressure, clocks can get confused when given a home above 350m (1150ft) in height. The air pressure at these higher points is always lower and the clocks can therefore be a bit more pessimistic!

With this in mind, if you live in a town or city that is above 350m (1150ft) - something that doesn't usually happen in the United Kingdom - then all is not lost and you can reach out to the team on this form to discuss having the 'brains' of your Weather Clock altered for its elevated home!
