While we hope you will be thrilled with your clock, if you wish to return or exchange it for any reason, you may do so

- within 60 days of its receipt

- no matter where you are in the world

We simply ask that the clock is returned to us in its original condition and in all the packaging it was sent to you in, including the outer carton.

Unfortunately, if you are outside of the UK, EU and USA, are unable to cover the cost of shipping any returns or exchanges back to the UK. The cost of this (which we will be happy to organise for you) will be deducted from your refund or, in the case of exchanges, invoiced prior to the dispatch of the requested exchange.
