While we hope you will be thrilled with your clock, if you wish to return or exchange it for any reason, you may do so:
- within 60 days of its receipt;
- free of charge if you are in the UK, USA or Europe (European Economic Area);
- at modest cost if you have ordered more than one clock at a time;
We simply ask that the clock is returned to us in its original condition and in all the packaging it was sent to you in, including the outer carton.
