Eleven years after we first discovered the young British illustrator Josh Patterson at a graduate design show, he has reworked his iconic 2016 London Weather Clock artwork to reflect the capital’s changed streetscape and skyline.

Named the “Southbank Edition”, the new illustrations bring a full day of London weather to life across five mechanical scenes. The artwork is shaped by Josh’s memories of working alongside us at the OXO Tower on the Southbank, where we shared a studio space during a fun-filled year a decade ago. This clock is a beautiful, lifelong keepsake for anyone who has ever enjoyed living in or spending time in the capital.

• London in Sunshine & Showers: This clever clock takes barometric pressure readings and moves its mechanical scenery to provide a local forecast, beautifully depicting Londoners going about their day across five distinct scenes.
• A Ten-Year Reunion: As a special second-edition collaboration with illustrator Josh Patterson, he has reworked his iconic retired design, originally launched in 2016. The updated illustrations reflect a decade of change in the capital at streetscape and skyline.
• Future Family Heirloom: Made and issued in small, limited batches to ensure future provenance, each Southbank Edition clock is meticulously hand-assembled at our workshop in Hampshire, England to blend contemporary British art with our signature mechanical engineering.
• Choose Your Scale: Available in both our regular 33cm diameter (13 inches) frame that balances perfectly alongside other wall art, and our 53cm (21 inches) Giant frame - designed to serve as a conversation-starting focal point in the room.

  Five illustrated scenes come and go to depict London's bankside in sunshine or showers. The scenery changes with the barometric air pressure, offering the five classic forecasts: ‘Very Dry’, ‘Fair’, ‘Change’, ‘Rain’, and ‘Stormy’.
• Easy to Hang (Indoors!)
  A single screw in the wall can hold the clock and you get a nifty hanging guide in the box. This clock is for indoor use only – just please don't hang it within 50cm (20 inches) of a radiator. The delicate barometric mechanics don’t enjoy direct heat.
