Josh Patterson’s iconic skyline transforms on your wall as our contemporary British design animates five stunning, reconfigured weather forecasting scenes. Watch the capital shift from serene Thames sunshine to rain-slicked city streets, driven entirely by our unique air pressure-sensing mechanics.

A celebration of a decade of friendship, this clock marks the proud return of our most requested retired artwork since its original 2016 release. Ten years on from his first sketches, Josh has beautifully updated the illustrations to reflect a brand-new decade of London life.

This special Southbank Edition stands as a landmark release in our collection, celebrating the historic location where our family business first became a full-time endeavour.

  • A Shifting London Skyline Meets Barometric Forecasting: Watch a new decade of London life by the Thames slide beautifully in and out of view on your wall to provide a local barometric weather forecast.
  • A Ten-Year Reunion in Motion: This very special second-edition collaboration with illustrator Josh Patterson updates his iconic 2016 design. The reconfigured mechanical artwork dynamically captures how the capital's skyline has evolved since Josh shared a desk at our old studio at the OXO Tower on London's Southbank.
  • Future Family Heirloom: Issued in small, careful batches to protect the rarity of the release, each Southbank Edition clock is meticulously hand-assembled at our workshop in Hampshire, England to blend contemporary British art with traditional mechanical engineering.
  • Choose Your Scale: Available in both our classic 33cm diameter (13 inches) frame that balances perfectly alongside other wall art, and our grand 53cm (21 inches) Giant frame designed to serve as an absolute conversation-starting focal point in the room.
  • Peace of Mind: Reflecting the total confidence we put in our dedicated workshop team and the durability of our materials, every clock comes with a standard two-year warranty, easily extendable to four years simply by registering your unique serial number on our website.
  • Hand Assembled in Great Britain
All of the Hiroshige Weather Art Clocks are made at our workshop in Hampshire, England. This is a limited and numbered piece.
  • Warrantied & Sustainable Design
All our clocks come with a full warranty as standard, extendable to two years. We’ve designed the clock for a very long life in your home. And it’s fully serviceable (if it ever needs to be) – with all the parts available with our UK-based workshop.
  • Watch the Transformation
Want to show off your clock's serene sunshine or storm-swept drama? Don’t wait for the weather to change, just press the demonstration button on the base of the frame to make the scenes whizz into life – then watch the reaction from friends and family.
  • Iconic Edo-Era Art
The five illustrated scenes are expertly pieced together from Utagawa Hiroshige’s world-renowned ukiyo-e prints, including his iconic Edo collections. The scenes change with the barometric air pressure, offering the five classic forecasts: ‘Very Dry’, ‘Fair’, ‘Change’, ‘Rain’, and ‘Stormy’.
  • Easy to Hang (Indoors!)
A single screw in the wall can hold the clock and you get a nifty hanging guide in the box. This clock is for indoor use only – just please don't hang it within 50cm (20 inches) of a radiator. The delicate barometric mechanics don’t enjoy direct heat.
  • Ashmolean Collaboration Certificate
A mark of its unique provenance, your clock will be hand-numbered and certified to confirm its status as a limited edition piece created in partnership with the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford.
  • 60-day Returns, So You Can Be Sure It’s Right For You
We’re sure you’re going to love this clock. But if you change your mind, for whatever reason, just send it back to us within 60 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. You can read more about our hassle-free process here.

  • Quality Quartz Movement
German-made quartz mechanism keeps the clock hands on time without any ticking noise.

Aluminium clock frame is hand-finished in Midnight Black. The printed clock face sits behind the anodised metal minute and hour hands. The five weather scenes are prints onto acrylic and lightweight artboard. The clock window is shatterproof Lumex. For GPSR information please click here.
  • Runs on Regular Batteries

  • Free UK Delivery
Once neatly packed up at the workshop post-assembly, your clock is shipped by trackable courier. If you're in the UK, delivery is in 1-2 days.
  • Ordering Overseas?
We love sending our clocks around the world. We use reliable, fully tracked couriers. All orders to EU countries will arrive with no duties or local tariffs payable. Read more about our shipping.
  • A Note on Altitude
Our clocks are designed to work up to 180m above sea level. If you live above 180m, the lower air pressure makes the clock unusually pessimistic. We can alter its brains for you – just get in touch with us here. Or find out more about clocks at altitude.
