Occasionally we have people contact us about a small dimple they have seen on their clock's frame. Please note that this is likely to be normal as they are a function of where the mechanism fixing brackets are welded by hand to the inside of the spun steel frame. We go to great lengths to keep them as discreet as possible, but it is not unusual to find one or two on close inspection, particularly on copper or chrome frames.
