Reporting a problem with your clocks face or frame

If you feel that you need assistance with either your clock's face, frame or window, then by answering the below questions we can get you assistance as swiftly and efficiently as possible. Thank you.
If your query is more to do with the aesthetics of the scenery or wording then this is a better way to contact us

Occasionally we have people contact us about a small dimple they have seen on their clock's frame. Please note that this is likely to be normal as they are a function of where the mechanism fixing brackets are welded by hand to the inside of the spun steel frame. We go to great lengths to keep them as discreet as possible, but it is not unusual to find one or two on close inspection, particularly on copper or chrome frames.
