Frequently Asked Questions & Advice

If you have a question or you are thinking of contacting us, then you may find the below FAQs helpful:

Registering your clock:

As explained in the the user manual, you can register your clock for an extended warranty. To do so, please click here to fill out your details. You will need your clock's individual number which is found on the back near the battery covers.

Stock Availability:

From time to time, certain models or variants of our clocks will be unavailable due to a lack of parts or perhaps a backlog of build orders at the workshop. This reflects the hand-assembled nature of our work and whilst we try our best to have product available for swift dispatch, it may be that the fastest way to receive a clock that is 'out of stock' is by signing up to the Bramwell Brown Waiting List.

For our 'Built to Order Clocks', the lead time can vary depending on how fast our suppliers can provide the workshop with the necessary bespoke parts. Please do, though, allow for a build period of 8 weeks so that your clock can receive the utmost attention during assembly and testing.

Waiting List length:

Similar to 'Built to Order Clocks', the Waiting List lead times can vary depending on the reason your preferred clock is out of stock. If any recent update on our homepage does not provide enough information for you then please contact us and a member of the team will come back to you.

Deliveries in the UK are made via a specialist 'door-to-door' courier so as to ensure safe transit. This service takes up to 2 weeks and costs £30 on top of the price of the clock. Alternatively you can collect the clock from the Bramwell Brown design studio at Oxo Tower Wharf for free. For international and non-mainland deliveries, prices vary and more information can be found on our delivery charges page.

Due to their delicate nature, we are unfortunately unable to ship any Large-sized clocks outside of Mainland UK at present.

Trade Enquiries:

If you are commercial 'bricks and mortar' retailer, cafe or distributor then we welcome any trade inquiries; thank you for your interest.
