Josh Patterson & the development work behind his Weather Clock designs

Josh is a Freelance Illustrator currently based in London and is the mastermind behind the 'London' and 'Into The Wild' Weather Clock designs.

Since graduating from Birmingham City University in 2015, he has also illustrated for a variety of companies, brands, magazines and books. The majority of his work is highly conceptual and editorial based, as this allows him the freedom to express abstract and contemporary thinking. 

 

The 'London' Weather Clock was the first design that Josh was commissioned to create for Bramwell Brown. Images from his sketch book during the design's development can be seen below. 

The 'Into The Wild' Weather Clock is the second Limited Edition designs by Josh and is his personal favourite to date. In 2016 he entered its design into the World Illustration Awards where it was shortlisted and featured in The Association of Illustrators' touring exhibition.
