These terms and conditions govern your participation in the auction for the advertised pre-loved (second hand) Bramwell Brown Art Clock. By placing a bid, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The Clock
The item for auction is a unique, pre-loved clock from a retired design series. The clock's details are made clear on the Auction Page just prior to and during the auction dates.
2. Images & Representation
Images provided on the auction page are for illustrative purposes only. As a pre-loved item, the clock may have minor imperfections. The provided images may not be fully representative of the clock's precise condition. We recommend contacting us with any specific questions prior to placing your bid.
3. Eligibility
This auction is open to individuals aged 18 or over. Bidders must be able to provide a valid shipping address for delivery.
4. Bidding Process
Starting Bid: The auction has a floor price made clear on the bidding form. Bids below this amount will not be accepted.
Bid Increments: All bids must be placed in whole pounds (£).
Binding Bid: By submitting a bid, you are making a binding offer to purchase the clock at your specified bid amount if you are the winning bidder.
5. Auction Close & Winning Bidder
The auction will close on the date specified on the Auction Page.
The winning bidder will be the person who has placed the highest bid at the time the auction closes.
In the event of a tie, Bramwell Brown will contact both bidders to take best and final bids.
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the bidding form within 24 hours of the auction's close to arrange payment and delivery.
6. Payment
Full payment must be made within 48 hours of being notified as the winning bidder otherwise the bid may be deemed invalid.
Payment can only be made via a secure link provided by Bramwell Brown.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, the offer may be passed to the next highest bidder.
7. Shipping & Delivery
The cost of shipping will be calculated and added to the final bid amount. This will be communicated to the winning bidder prior to payment. Though shipping within the UK is at no extra charge.
Shipping will be arranged once full payment has been received.
8. Disputes
Bramwell Brown reserves the right to withdraw the clock from the auction, reject any bid, or cancel the auction at any time for any reason. In the case of a dispute, our decision is final.
9. Limitation of Liability
Bramwell Brown is not liable for any technical issues that may prevent a bid from being submitted. The clock is sold "as is" and we make no warranties or guarantees beyond its functional condition advertised on the Auction Page during the auction.
