A commission is a conversation, not a checkout. This is your opportunity to collaborate directly with our artists to create a deeply personal, one-of-a-kind timepiece. Together, we will design the four distinct layers of your bespoke artwork that combine to create the five weather scenes inside your clock. The whole process has been designed to be enjoyable and as collaborative as you like.

   Reserve your commission

   Place your order with a 50% deposit and we will get things up and running. If any of the creative process or options in this ‘clock builder’ are not clear then the team would be delighted to discuss them with you. See below to contact them.

   The design consultation

   One of the Bramwell Brown team will reach out to talk through your ideas. This is where the fun begins, as we’ll discuss your specific landscapes, places, memories, or hidden details you want to bring to life in your clock’s mechanics.

   Artwork & weather scene development

   We will illustrate the four mechanical layers for your clock and send you detailed visual proofs showing exactly how your five weather scenes will look. We work closely with you, refining the sketches and colours until you love the result.

   Printing and hand-assembly at our workshop

   Once your design is ready, we will send it to our local printers to be produced and beautifully cut to shape. The parts are then sent to our Hampshire workshop where they are hand-assembled into your clock.

5. 5
   Balance and delivery to your door

   When your one-of-a-kind clock has been completed at the workshop, and after the balance for it, post-deposit, has been settled, it will be carefully packed up and sent out to you, wherever you are in the world.
